When our loved ones are not able to take care of themselves, or need additional medical resources after a hospitalization, Iredell Home Health carefully listens to the desires and needs of the patient and care providers. Working closely with the patient's physician, we develop an individualized plan to give the best possible care.
With more than 40 years of experience, we provide quality, affordable healthcare services designed to increase patient independence, allowing for comfort and care in their own home.
Our care team consists of skilled nurses, certified home health aides, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and medical social workers. We assist with geriatrics, pediatrics, oncology, chemotherapy, IV therapy, OB-GYN, rehabilitation, wound care, orthopedics, medical-surgical, respiratory, and general medicine. Nursing and physical therapy services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for skilled care. Assistance with post-operative, wound care and other services is available 7 days a week by Medicare certified staff.
